H&D Hobby Distributing was opened in 1981 to supply Canadian Hobby Shops

with mainly Model Railroad products and Plastic Models.

In 1985 we started to make our own custom run of Canadian model railroad cars under H&D's Own, this line is now called Trains Canada®.

We also have these other proprietary lines: H&D's Own Tools, Mainline Decals, H&D's Own Souvenirs and Prairie Rail Publishing.
